1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, downloading, or using Easycil software or the Easycil POS mobile app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
2. User Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Service License & Permitted Use
Easycil grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Easycil POS app solely for your internal business operations in accordance with these Terms.
4. Data Ownership & Deletion
You retain full ownership of all business and inventory data that you enter into the app. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time via our Account Deletion Page.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Easycil be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or business interruption resulting from your use of the application.
